Wallet & network
How to connect a wallet to Arc
Use a wallet that supports Arc and open LaunchLot in a browser where that wallet is available. Arc mainnet’s chain ID is 5042. Connecting lets the site see your selected public account; creating or trading a token requires a separate authorization.
Check the network against the official source
- Network: Arc mainnet. Chain ID: 5042.
- Public RPC: https://rpc.mainnet.arc.io.
- Gas currency: USDC. Explorer: https://explorer.arc.io.
- Arc testnet is separate, with chain ID 5042002. Do not treat test funds as mainnet funds.
Connect to LaunchLot
Use the official website of your wallet provider to install or open the wallet. Complete its backup process privately. Return to launchlot.io and use Connect wallet in the workspace.
Select the account you intend to use, review the requested network, and check the connected account shown on the page. If the wallet asks to add a network, compare its details with Arc’s official connection guide before accepting.
A wallet connection, an artwork authorization, an allowance, and a purchase are different requests. The action label on the website is only the start of your review; read the wallet’s own details too.
If the wallet does not appear
Check that you are using a browser with the wallet installed or the wallet’s supported in-app browser. An embedded browser may not expose a desktop wallet extension. Open the same launchlot.io URL in your normal wallet-enabled browser.
Confirm that the wallet is unlocked and on the intended network. If several wallets are installed, check which account actually connected. Do not share your recovery phrase with anyone offering to repair a connection.
