Getting USDC onto Arc: what to check first

Check the funding route rather than guessing

An exchange withdrawal is an option only when the exchange explicitly supports the asset on Arc mainnet. A matching wallet address alone does not prove that the withdrawal network is correct.

A bridge is a separate service that moves value between networks. Check that it supports both your source network and Arc mainnet, which version of USDC it delivers, and how you will complete the transfer. Availability and fees can vary by provider and region.

LaunchLot’s create flow is not an exchange withdrawal screen or a fiat onramp. Use a provider’s own current documentation and support process for a transfer involving that provider.

Before you approve a transfer

1. Confirm the receiving wallet address from your own wallet.
2. Confirm Arc mainnet as the destination, not Arc testnet or another EVM network.
3. Review the asset, minimum received, service fee, source-network gas, and any destination step.
4. Check whether the provider requires identity verification, has a withdrawal minimum, or restricts your region.
5. For a route you have not used before, consider a small test that is above the provider’s minimum. Verify arrival before moving a larger amount.

Leave a balance for network fees

Do not budget every available unit for a token purchase. Arc uses USDC for gas, so your spendable amount must also leave room for the required approvals and transaction fees.

After arrival, check the balance on the Arc explorer and in the wallet connected to LaunchLot. If a balance looks wrong, compare the chain and account first. Do not immediately resend a transfer that may still be processing.

A faucet is for practice funds

Arc’s documentation links a testnet faucet. Testnet USDC is for the test network; it is not a source of free mainnet money and cannot fund a real launch.
